We are noticing an increase off staff not marked correctly on Safe Care but more important is the hours staff are working.

Luckily with the pay information being digital, we can trace back why payment is wrong or in some cases not received at all.

As per the image below we can see that the Clinical Support Worker worked, 6 hours and for some strange reason the person managing the roster decided to add 1 hour for the break time.

After cross checking we discovered that this person was paid incorrectly not only for this shift but several others due to the shifts altered incorrectly.

Check payslips and ensure your timesheets match with EOL / HealthRoster, if in doubt contact your HealthRoster support team or the Bank office.
